The Australian Homeopathic Association is the largest and only national association representing professional homeopaths in Australia. The origins of the AHA date from 1946, and are now the premier homœopathic association with branches in six states. The AHA offers two levels of membership: Professional Membership is restricted to practitioners registered with the national registration board for homeopaths, the Australian Register of Homœopaths (AROH). General Membership is available to students or practitioners of homœopathy, and interested members of the general public. There are no entry requirements at General Membership level. AHA takes its role in maintaining standards of professional conduct extremely seriously. All Professional Members are expected to abide by a Code of Professional Conduct, in addition to the code of conduct requirements specified by the national registration board, AROH.
