At Iku, love expresses itself in the farming practices we support, how we prepare our food, the ambience of our shops, the way we care for our staff and how staff care for you. Our aim is to provide delicious wholefood, imbued with the energy of love and respect. 

Iku Wholefood commenced business in 1984, with a desire to make the benefits of eating healthy food accessible to more people. The founder's own personal experiences with the healing powers of good nutrition were the driving force behind this desire. 

There are currently five Iku Wholefood stores in Sydney with more on the way.
