2 Zumba Instructors

Job Description:
We are a new studio that focuses on fitness, lifestyle and entertainment and we are currently looking for 2 Zumba dancers along central coast.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
1.Design, outreach, and implement zumba classes for our students that include a planned curriculum.
2.Prepare lessons that reflect accommodations for differences in student learning styles.
3.Plan and use appropriate instructional and learning strategies, activities, materials, and equipment that reflect understanding of the learning styles and needs of our students.
4.Create a classroom environment that is conducive to learning by maintaining a safe and positive environment for our students.
5.Use effective communication skills to present information accurately and clearly.
6.Provide strong leadership in supervising diverse populations of students we have.
7.Perform on-going evaluations of program.
8.Develop outreach and marketing strategies to recruit community members for program as needed.
9.Maintain a working budget for our programs and adhere to the system and regulations of live dance and play studios.
10.Maintain, monitor and purchase supplies and other instructional materials.
11.Submit, in a professional and timely manner.
12.Carry out development practices in all program development; continually assess programs to ensure adherence to our working environment.
13.Learn new routines, patterns, or material as required to deliver the highest level of programming.
14.Instruct and educate members on general wellness information and correct body alignment and exercise form.
15.Greet and interact with members as needed before and after class providing guidance, encouragement and motivation to every member.
Skills and Requirements:
1.Knowledge and at least 2 years experience teaching zumba dance at different skill levels.
2.Ability to interact with diverse groups of people.
3.Possess strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to model professionalism, personal responsibility, a strong work ethic and positive character.
4.Experience in classroom and behavior management.
5.Good interpersonal and social skills.
6.Ability to work on a tight schedule.
