Full Job Description:
· To open and close the centre securely and safely
· To open and close till accurately
· To accurately record all enquiries in shapenet
· Answer telephone, screen and direct calls
· Take and relay messages
· Provide information to callers
· Greet persons entering organization
· Direct persons to correct destination
· Deal with queries from the public and customers
· Ensures knowledge of staff movements in and out of organization
· General administrative and clerical support including recording statistics
· Maintain retail diplays
· Prepare letters and documents
· Schedule appointments
· Confirm next day appointments
· File member program cards
· Maintain appointment diary either electronically
· Tidy and maintain the environment
