The Sanctuary (Personal Training and Wellness Centre) in Caringbah is looking for qualified, established healthcare professionals (Personal Trainer, Massage Therapist, Naturopath, Nutritionist, Beauty Therapist or similar) to rent rooms in our well established personal Training Centre.
Excellent opportunity to grow a business in prime location.
We provide furnished and air conditioned rooms with bathroom/shower and kitchen facilities, front desk and waiting area. The centre is positioned on a high exposure location. We have created a natural, relaxing and tranquil centre where the peaceful ambiance flows through.
Rooms available 7 days a week
Rates: $40 per day or $190 per week (incl. GST)
This includes all utilities except phone.
Conditions of rent:
You will need own insurance, ABN and appropriate qualifications.
Massage Therapist will have to provide their own towels and oil.
Minimum 3 days per week.
$350 bond is required.
